Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is provided by “MATH23 LLC” trading as “TERRAIN The Film” (hereinafter “TERRAIN”), and should be read, understood, and accepted by all users of this website: https://terrainthefilm.com (hereinafter “The Website”), before making any purchase or attempting any transaction on The Website.

Cancellation and Quality Assurance

All sales are final. No payments will be refunded. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not access the TERRAIN Livestream Premiere (hereinafter “The Livestream” (from The Website), you are still responsible for payment. In no event shall TERRAIN be obligated to refund all or any portion of any ticket fees, or make reimbursements to any losses sustained as a direct result of conduct by the user that negates their ability to participate in what was otherwise made available to participate in.

If TERRAIN is prevented from carrying out its obligations as they may pertain to The Livestream you registered for, as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such that The Livestream cannot be conducted “virtually” because of a software issue or issue with the hosting platform, or due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) TERRAIN shall have the right to immediately terminate The Livestream without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to its Customers.  If The Livestream is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of The Livestream, then TERRAIN will reschedule, and your ticket fee will be applied to the rescheduled Conference.

Registration and Confirmation

Once you have completed the checkout on The Website, you will receive your order confirmation and ticket details by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly at the Checkout. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your TERRAIN email(s) are caught by spam filters.

All Customer’s will receive essential information for and about The Livestream electronically at the email address and mailing address that was provided at the checkout on The Website.

In addition, you will also be added to the TERRAIN participant list for notifications of future conferences and related information.

If you would like to opt-out of any of these benefits, a link is provided in each email to provide the ability to opt-out and unsubscribe from these correspondences.

Participant/Attendee Requirements

Use of Likeness
By participating in a TERRAIN event you acknowledge and agree to grant TERRAIN the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally, to disseminate, in perpetuity such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to TERRAIN includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.

Content
You acknowledge and agree that TERRAIN, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of TERRAIN, its events, products and services, including but not limited to, the TERRAIN name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.  All conference and event content shall be recorded and will be made accessible to you and all other paid ticket holders.

Prohibited Conduct

Limitations on Use.
By registering to attend The Livestream or any event hosted and provided by TERRAIN, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your complimentary access link(s) and/or code(s), unless such transfer is granted by TERRAIN. By registering for a free or paid ticket to The Livestream or any event hosted and provided by TERRAIN, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access. If TERRAIN determines that you have violated this policy, TERRAIN may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, report you to Law Enforcement authorities, and ban you from participating in any future events, products and services provided by TERRAIN.

Disruptive Conduct
You acknowledge and agree that TERRAIN reserves the right to remove you from the event, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder TERRAIN or the enjoyment of the TERRAIN content by other attendees. 

Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping. 
Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of any part of The Livestream.

ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE, REPRODUCTION, OR REDISTRIBUTION OF ANY CONTENT PROVIDED BY TERRAIN IS EXPRESSLY AND STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: SCREEN RECORDING OR USING SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS TO RECORD ANY OF THE LIVESTREAM CONTENT FROM THE INTERNET, AUDIO RECORDING OF ANY CONTENT, REPOSTING, RESTREAMING, OR REBROADCASTING THE LIVESTREAM IN WHOLE OR PART ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR VIDEO PLATFORM OR FOR A LIVE AUDIENCE. © TRUE HEALING CONFERENCE.
